Great machine

We make our own bread by milling the wheat, which makes for a heavy load on a mixer. This mixer loafs along with that task...If you're comparing this to the Bosch Universal machine for quantity, we have a seven person family and this mixer has been more than adequate. Even though it says compact it is a very heavy duty machine. We've owned ours for 4 years and only last week we replaced our first part on it- My wife left the machine unattended (an emergency) and the beater was melted from the torque as the dough toughened up.

This machine outperforms every other one I have ever had hands down. I have had it for over 2 years & never had a problem. It works perfectly for everything from making milkshakes to cookie dough. I have never had a mixer not strain trying to knead dough, until I got this one. This is, by far, the best one I have ever used.
